Recently spoke to Andria Bauer (Rich Spatz State Farm in Downers Grove ) about the increase to my homeowners insurance policy. Having been a longtime customer and never filing a claim to my homeowners policy, the increase was unexpected. I appreciate the time Andria took patiently going over my policy. These are certainly difficult times in the home owners space and I appreciated her customer service."
